Res Map: A simple drawing program for digestion maps of linear and circular DNA

Res Map is a basic DNA map drawing program. It has a number of options for drawing plasmid or vector maps, as well as linear genomic DNA maps.

To start, clear on the “Clear” button to erase the existing sample map.

Input vector name and map length.

Use the “Add” and “Remove” buttons to add/remove new map element. To change an element, please Remove the original and Add a new one.

Click on Repaint if your changes don’t appear immediately.

Warning: The online program does not allow you to save your drawing onto your local computer. You will lose your drawing as soon as you leave the browser, even if you have saved the web page. Please print your map before you exit.
