JME Molecular Editor is written by Peter Ertl, Novartis Pharma AG, Basel, Switzerland. It is a Java applet run directly on the web. Users can draw / edit molecules and reactions. JME can also generate SMILES or MDL mol files. For more information about JME, please visit
