High-throughput data demands better visualization techniques. Heatmap, which uses
a gradient of colors to represent data values, has been successfully used to present microarray data.
The stand-only version of Heatmap Viewer 1.2 is designed to view any high throughput data including
microarray data. The heatmap image can be saved as a JPEG file for including in other documents.
Available for both PC and Mac.
Heatmap Viewer 1.2 provides the following functions:
1. Reads data in text files, and displays the data using color representations
2. Data file is simultaneously displayed for comparison
3. Save heatmap images in JPEG files for including in other documents
