Primo Inverse 3.4 --- Inverse PCR Primer Design

Inverse PCR is used to clone sequences flanking a known sequence. Flanking sequences are digested and ligated to make a circular DNA. PCR primers pointing away from the known sequences are used to amplify the flanking sequences.

How to use Primo Inverse 3.4 --- Inverse PCR Primer Design (beta-testing)

  • Input your DNA sequences by copy and paste. Choose appropriate restrictions sites. Click on the "Go" button to start. Numbers and blank spaces will be ignored. Degenerate nucleotide codes can be accepted.

    For multiple sequences, please check the "Batch mode" checkbox, and input your sequences in the following formart:
